Benjamin Tollady Design helped Ingena refine their message and develop their brand online.
Ingena is a specialist online solutions provider who, as their tagline states, help their clients achieve ‘business results through better online experiences’.
Established in 1996, their clients cover a broad range of industries and include Telstra, National Australia Bank, MLC, BHP Billiton, Amcor, MBF, AXA and the Victorian government.
Ingena offer a range of specialist online expertise, from reviewing their clients’ existing online offering and identifying opportunities to apply online solutions, through to detailed functional & technical specification, user interface design and web solution development. They also offer implementation, hosting and support services for their custom-built web applications.
Clean, fresh and easy to use
Working directly with the team at Ingena, I designed the new site from the ground up to better align with the company’s recent re-brand. The user interface needed to look new, clean and fresh and the site IA had to be simple to use and navigate.
All of the content across the existing site was audited, and a large amount was either removed or re-written to work better online and fit with Ingena’s recently revised offering – ‘Design/Deliver’. Where previously the site had contained a very large amount of content, displayed in a small font, I now chose to present short, ‘bite-sized’, concise pieces of information in a larger font size.
